Some time back we were watching a documentary about deep sea divers. They are wearing only black dress. Why not wearing other colors like white,Blue or Purble?

  1. No reason other than that's the colour they primarily come in. These days though, it's not uncommon to see a little more colour in suits. My 7mm wet suit is mostly black with yellow shoulder patches to help identify me amongst other divers. My recreational dry suit is black but my commercial suits are dark orange, again, for visibility.

In the last few years, manufacturers have been coming out with more colours, since some folk are just plain fashion conscious.

I've seen white gloves, not suits. Blue and purple suits are made, as is pink.

  2. The Black is standard in wet suit material.  I prefer some color in my attire.  I would wear only exciting colors if they were available.  I do have blue, yellow, and purple
