  1. He encourages his team alys and make them confident like him...a a captain does not show out his pressure....he has so many qualities to b a captain which no other has!!

  9. Dhoni is a good leader coz he is not agressive like Ganguly but is very calm and sweet.He knows what to do where and when...and he is always in a good mood...accepts defeat and doesn't complain.

  11. Dhoni is a poor leader now. Recently he got few freak success only. That can't be generalised. He can't handle fast bowlers properly b coz  he doesn't know that at all. A rash blind hitting is not good cricket. He bats like GULLI DANDA or CHAILA hitting. That's not cricket.  In Muhammed Kaif's native town , Oxford of the East,  'Gulli Danda Shot',  'Chaila Chalana'(using torn rectangular piece of wood as a bat for blind hitting)  &  'Hakeemji Shot' (being overdefensive on a very slow loose ball  going outside stumps, having no line & length at all worth hitting a six easily) terminologies are very much used , all fit for Dhoni's batting & rough batting standards of IPL, the dirtiest cricket system.

  14. Dhoni is a very good leader bcoz he has the controll over his emotions! He remains cool & composed during pressure conditions & he never gives up. He encourages the bowler to keep his cool & bowl well, when the bowler gets hit for a boundary or six. His calmness encourages his team-mates & brings out the best in them. His belief in his team-mates always encourages them. He never scolds or blames anyone particularly when they loose a match, he always says, "I don't wanna blame anyone bcoz we 've lost as a team".He never jumps out of joy when his team wins, he says,"there is lot more to achieve"! He knows what should be done in a particular situation, his decisions always clicks & his team wins. He, himself is a very good wicket-keeper & a very good batsman. The most important point is that he keeps the team together.....For me Dhoni is one of the best captain in this world! He is an asset for India & i wish to see him with the World Cup in his hands in the year 2011!
