Why did Anthony Kim skip last year's Dubai Championship?

Kim offered a reason not perhaps altogether in keeping with his image as the supposed enfant terrible of the sport; believe it or not, he wants to spend some quality time with his folks. At the time he explained: 'I need the week off. My parents want to see their boy.'
