Why did Applebee's take the Club House Grill sandwich off the menu?

That was the best sandwich on the menu. Our waitress even thought it was a bad move, but she didn't know either. Any Applebee's insider know the answer?

I wish I knew.  It was one of their best sandwiches.  The only thing that I could think of was that it took too much time and product to prepare and was costing them to have it on the menu.
