i would like to say that i have been ordering the chicken biscuit for breakfast at both mcdonalds and burger king for many years.  mcdonalds SLIGHTLY changed the breading on their chicken and now charge 30 cents more.  freaking wonderful.

Maybe because sausage has a lot of fat in it and chicken doesn't? They don't want to get sued for making someone fat and unhealthy. I think they are just covering their own ***.
