Why did Calfornia leaders approve tuition aid for illegal aliens but more of out-of-state citizens?

I disagree with it.  Illegal immigration is the single largest issue in this state, I believe.  The costs are staggering and I'm tired of paying for it.

It just goes to show------the politicians are " RAPING THE MIDDLE CLASS " in " every " state, not just Ohio, PA , Nebraska, & Washington.  Arnold is a rotten politician who should not have been allowed to run for a public office.  He is Part Of The Problem, an IDIOT GOP " yes " man.

B/c they  all know that we have to bow down to those wiley illegals and give them all kinds of incentives to remain illegal and drain our economy.  Plus all they have to do is raise more taxes to offset the economic drain posed by those who refuse to immigrate to our great country legally.  Way to go state of "fruits and nuts"  you're a shining example of liberal stupidity run amok.
