wade bowed out of the season early so that the heat could get a better chance at a draft pick and so he would be healthy for team usa in the olympics.. also the heat figured it didnt make sense for him to play injured for a team with the worst record in the league..

he didnt tank if u watched him after the injury he jus didnt look like the high flying wade were used to seeing,he almost looked lost on the court he wasn't moving as well he couldn't attack the rim like he wanted.i think he realized after his body was probally hurting from coming back to soon,he realized the season was almost over and they had no shot at the playoffs he just decided to shut it dow....u can't blame a player for not wanting to futher injuring themselves and jeapordizing their career for a team that wasn't going anywhere.He did the smart choice

I believe he fully recovered from his surgury and I expect him to be as good as he was the year Miami won the championship from watching him.

the man needed surgery and the heat wanted to try to get the #1 draft pick in the lottery, i can't say i blame them, just look at how strong wade is now with the olympic team, he's playing great (granted we havent seen him against other NBA teams yet)

MJ tanked his second season due to injury.  Or you saying he gave up. Last time i checked MJ might be a superstar as well.  Injuries happen.

Wade fans need to understand that without Shaq on his team he's never been the same player.
