Why did Frostbites in Melbourne close for?

I heard it got raided, not 100% sure if thats true. The place would've been doing well for revenue, I know there was a lot of fights there, so it wouldn't surprise me if thats why, the way Melbourne is going at the moment (2am ban, etc). The one in Sydney closed too... So sad that Melbourne nightlife is dwindling away from us :(

Don't know why it shut down, but would guess that it was probably because of the lack of age checking going on. Well-known under-age "guzzling" venue.

Oh well, one less bogan pub... 8-)
