  1. 3 WORDS I GOT 4 YA MATE------Simply Too GOOD!!

  2. school project on football :O

i would LOVE that, but eh. its school holidays in victoria :)

  3. complete team, height (ottens, king) speed (wockinski, ablett) great defence and sheer class.

  4. Coz they literally beat Port, more or less annihilated them!!

  5. They were the best team for the year, simple!!!

  6. Becuase they defeted Port Adelaide by 119 points.

  7. Too good. Focused on their game plan and played as a team.

  8. Because they were the best team in the AFL in 2007.. They had the best player list and they deserved it.. Also there is a god and he realised that if Port won most of Australia would take thier own lives....

  9. Get a copy of the game and watch it. You will see why

  10. Because this was a group that was committed to throwing off not only their own demons from last year (when they were favourites and failed to make the finals), but from this year where Steve Johnson had been exiled and from the past 30 odd years since they acquired the 'handbaggers' tag.

They got strong, they got fast, they got precise and they developed tough minds.

And then along comes Chocco who taunted them.  It was kind of like taunting a Cobra by flicking its fangs and telling it they were too short to do any damage.

The Grand Final was, and I think I'm being unbiased after watching it once at the ground and twice on DVD, the most clinical, powerful and precise exhibition of football I've ever seen.  It was so close to mistake free you'd have to call it as such.  It was the antithesis of every slur that has ever been thrown at the Cats.

It was also predictable.  Chocco started the mind games and he was thrashed.

  11. Because they had the most strength throughout their entire list.  This was clearly shown by their dominance in the VFL as well, displaying how well they have managed their list.

A good run with injuries would have helped, but they still had the opportunity to pull up good players from the VFL to cover them even if somebody did go down.

  12. Because they had a better team than Port Adelaide, and better players . Made every goal hard and kept them to 44 points( less than a winning score) .  But in the 2nd quarter they ran away with the game, by winning most of the hitouts .

They also shared the goalkicking with 11 players kicking a goal. Also they played well as a team.
