Question:

Why did I gain 10lb this summer when all I did was eat right&excersize?

From March To July All I Did Was Eat Salads, Soup and go jogging every morning 30-45mins and instead of losing weight I gained 10lbs..What did I do wrong? What pills will help my lose weight?

    You gained muscle. Tell me this. How do your clothes fit? How do you look? How do you feel?

    It is absolutely impossible for a person to eat soup and salads and run every day and get fatter unless the soup was made with cheeseburgers, Crisco and Mars bars.


  2. Muscle, muscle, muscle, you are in shape!!  Muscle weighs more than fat.  When you start working out the fat turns to muscle and hence the 10 lbs,  I wouldnt take a pill most of them are not safe and will just mess up you metabolism.  Be happy with you.

  3. fluid? try a body wrap w/ soaking hot towels... if you have a high sodium intake, you may be keeping in fluid.. Do you drink a lot of water?

  4. Im sure you have heard the "which is heavier, a pound of feathers or a pound of lead?", perhaps you have gained muscle which can cause the scales to go up, but you still will look better because you are losing inches (body mass).  How do your clothes fit, a side from the scales do you feel like you look better?  Look at the big picture before you obsess on what the demon scale says...

  5. you need fruits, veggies and breads/pastas to be healthy. you probably went into starvation mode
