Why did I get diarrhea?

For some reason, I've gotten diarrhea twice, both right after going to the same restaurant. My guess is that it has something to do with the restaurant, but I ate sushi there, and I eat sushi ALL the time at other places. Is there any other reason I'd get it? Also, I took two pepto bismal pills. Hopefully that will work.

I would not eat sushi there again.  Sushi is a very dangerous food to eat and very easy to get food poisoning on.
