Why did I get dizzy while smoking sheesha?

Yesterday I went to an oriental bar with my friends and we ordered a sheesha. I smoked it for the first time and I felt really dizzy and sleepy and stuff. and my friends did as well. Why does that happen?

Because of the chemical compounds found in the sheehs tobacco, and because it's your first time, you have to get dizzy

Don't worry, it happens to everyone, even happened to me :-)

The next time you smoke sheesha, you won't get dizzy

note: sheesha is a lot heavier than normal cigarettes, and you shouldn't smoke it all the time
