I was making a cup of tea and the kettle is far away enough, it doesn't make the plug wet and my hands are not wet when I touch the plug to turn it on and when I turn it on I get an electric shock through my fingers but not when I turn it off. I just want to know is this normal or should I contact my landlady? Thanks!
