Why did I have this dream?

i had this dream last night where, I was sitting next to my ex. we were talking (which we dont do in real life) and then he reached over and grabbed my hand and when he did, i woke up to butterflies in my stomach. I dont understand this. this is the second time something like this has happened only the last time it was with a kiss in the dream.

its an amazing feeling. does this mean im not ready to move on quite yet?

To dream that you are being touched by your ex-boyfriend, suggests that you need to let go of some of that defensiveness that you have been putting forth. You may have been putting up a wall or armor around you. You need to learn to trust people again.

It simply means you still have feelings for him but your still afraid to come to terms with it which is why he is always making the moves. Just talk to him and try to work things out or just become friends.
