Why did I hear a voice in my head last night?

Last night I almost went crazy. I was like talking to a voice in my head and telling it to shut up and I couldn't go to sleep and it kept saying things. The voice was just my voice and it would speak really fast but I knew what it was saying before it finished.

I get migraine headaches and I'm going to get one soon. Is hearing voices a part of migraines? Or am I seriously going crazy?

i had the same thing last year. Are you getting enough sleep at night? are you watching a lot of tv or spending too much time on the computer. go outside, work out. Get lots of rest. they went away for me...

The voice could be part of the migraines, but I would talk to your doctor about this. But it could also be something psychological, so I would listen to what your doctor says.

the voice your hearing.. is it really a voice? or its just that you want to rest but your mind just won't shut up? hmmm... it could be schizophrenia but it could also be that your mind just wont stop talking/
