I have recently started tack and field training again for the first time after the summer holidays. We did a lot of exercises that strengthened the muscles and afterwards I was completely dead and aching. We had training 3 times that week and the strange thing is that when I came home after the 3rd training I weighed 5kg more that a week before! And it is not fat - I have not eaten anything out of the ordinary and have been doing exercise all week. My mother says it is just muslce but I don't think so because then when I weighed myself 2 days later I was suddenly 2kg less again!! This morning I had gained again after I had another training session!..... I don't understand anything!Could it be water in the muscles or something, since I have not trained for a while.? What should I do - I feel so bloated and fat!Thank you.
