Why did I wake up at exactly 3 am last night when I dun usually get up?

nth actually happened but then I know 3 am is the devilish or demonic hour.Well I didn't know it was 3 am and I walked in the living room alone for 3 minute and came back and saw it was 3:03 so i knew that it was 3 am exactly when i woke up.WHY???!!!! IT was scary after knowing it was 3.

It doesn't mean anything especially since you don't know for sure that you got up at exactly 3 a.m. and you don't really know for sure you walked around for exactly 3 minutes.  It's possible that your clock could be off just enough so that it was actually 2:59 or even 3:01when you got up but either way it means nothing so don't worry about it.

You understand that 3am is an ungodly hour to be awake not because 3am means the Devil, but because people who are up at 3am are generally up to no good?

Drinking a lot of coffee, caffeine, 'energy drinks', etc.?

This seems very temporary, and although 3 a.m. may be a very 'un-holy' hour to be up, there are a lot of people who work third shift (usually 1 a.m. to 9 a.m.) who are happy and successful.

If you didn't check the time before you left, how did you know you were gone for 3 minutes? You just happened to get up at 3:00, it happens sometimes.

It might have been a ghost that woke you up. A lot of mishevious ghosts or playfull ghosts like to scare people by waking you up like this. If you feel threatened then the next time it happens tell the entitiy to go away and it should leayve you alone.

However it might have just been a coincidence. I don't belive in coincidences though because everything happens for a reason.

I wake up at odd hours in the middle of the night on occasion.  It happens to everyone

If you really insist on trying to put some meaning to this, then maybe you should look up "3" in numerology - perhaps you were getting some sort of message.
