  1. He thinks Obama has given "lectures" at black churches and that Obama's message needs to be broader. Read more about it here: http://www.reuters.com/article/wtMostRea...

  2. This is what Jesse Jackson thought was talking down: Black fathers need to take more responsibility raising their children. He gave long talk on that subject. Didn't hear or read whole talk given so cannot comment on any negative things that might have been said, but from news reports it's theme was responsibility.

  3. He is probably upset because he wouldn't share the spoils from the Chicago political machine.

  4. Lets face it Jesse is so jealous and envious of his success that it is causing him to  grasp at straws to find something wrong with him.  He should be standing next to him encouraging him and not trying to find fault.  What is the good with that?  So fathers should take responsibility for their children.  That's true whatever your race or wherever you are from.  I think everyone agrees with that.  It has become a problem here in the U S and a lot of children are born to various mothers and one father and then he doesn't pay support.  Statistically it is happening and he just pointed it out that responsibility rests with us all and our actions.  I don't think he was talking down but maybe Jesse is feeling guilty about something. Who knows.   Obama did a fantastic job and delivered the speech and the convention of a lifetime.  No one will ever forget it.

  5. Obama said that fathers should not abandon there children...what a bad  thing to say
