Why did McDonald's Chicken Biscuit go up to $1.99 in price in my town?

There are several Chicken items on the Menu.  The Spicy Chicken Sandwich costs more than the Chicken Breakfast Biscuit.  Maybe you have the items confused or the $1.99 price includes a drink and potatoes.

i asked about the double cheeseburger in my town and they said because of the franchise owner they can mark the prices what ever they want thats why on commercials they say "participating stores only"
