  1. um dude no offence but your wrong the joint of the pacific plate and the indo-australian plate is on what is called a hot spot the magma flow pushes up between the plates creating a volcano if the volcano is still above the "hot spot" it will make the volcano active so the volcano erupted because of natural causes
