Why did My Girl Friend do this ?

She reveals things to me slowly about her past and some of the things are getting disgusting. She tells me after 2 weeks that she split up with a guy 2 weeks before me sometimes she says 3 weeks so she doesn't really know and then she tells me her X-Partner she works for and he used her for about 6 years for sexual favours he was glad to buy her gifts etc such as 5000 dollar TV sets computers trips etc. But he would never call her a girl friend or have intercouse with her, she tells me this and when he need friend to goto a function etc he would take her as a friend. I am baffled. Help. What have I got myself into.

Dear Friend if u really still love her then accept her as she is ,dont dig into her past but still if it hurts u  then let her go ,maybe she was not made for u

sounds to me like she might be inexperienced in relationships and is putting an a show for you. Maybe she does not want to seem immature and is telling you these things to seem more like a woman. You and I both know that no man ( unless he is g*y ) is going to keep buying things for anyone unless there is something in return. I would try to get details on some of the things she is saying. If there are a lot of holes then it is probably just something to try and impress you or make you think she is worth something to other people even of you left her. It is a defense thing so you won't ever think she needs you. Somebody may have hurt her in the past.

ohhhhh.... it depends on what you are expecting from the relationship.... you say she is your girlfriend..... does she consider you as her boy friend.....???? how long have you been going out???? what kind of intimacy you both have???? in your question you mentioned 6 years relationship.... with sexual favors.... then no intercourse.....!!!! If I were you I would be extra careful about the relationship and also calling her girl friend!!!!
