  1. He is running on a platform of pulling the troops out and not staying in Iraq.  He won the Democratic nomination for it.  His party wants the US out of Iraq and do not carry about what happens there.

  2. So reality and common sense after listening to people who know facts would not interfere with or contradict his plans.  He has staked a huge portion of his "foriegn policy" on the war in Iraq and he cannot back off with ticking off too many supporters so he says what it is and then does a fact finding mission to back up what he has already decided.

  3. He has no idea of what he is saying or doing.

    No military experience,

So he is following the polls, and guessing at what the public would like to hear.

  4. "We The People" need to slow the pace of campaign conversation and rhetoric.  Presumptions abound relative to the prospective plans and policies of Senator Obama.  The Senator is only one of the two candidates.  Senator Obams must conform to protocol, since the armed forces are under the command of the current President.

The current administration is doing all it can to sabotage the next President.  Similar to the situation of President Carter, the  correction of the errors leftover from the previous administration is the responsibility of the sitting President.

Jim Crow media continues to pander to economic and social fear, spinning information as if Senator Obama is presuming authority before the election.  Jim Crow media is continually impressed with the artful skill of Senator Obama's advisors for exposing the misrepresentations.

Mr. Limbaugh and Mr. Hannity are whinning louder each day approaching the election.  These gentlemen are better at hawking the products of their sponsors than attempting to shape opinion.

  5. He already had an opinion about Iraq before he went over for his visit based on his opposition to the Iraqi invasion which he thought was wrong.  There had already been a variety of reports about Iraq from a  lot of sources which he may have used to formed an opinion about the conditions in Iraq which he used as a basis to form a tentative policy about Iraq. Of course, he did not know that his decision would be scrutinized by some additional Mcinsane supporters......

  6. Because he is pandering for votes so he can get elected, and them make himself President for Life, just like Robert Mugabe.

The problem with Obama is, as thrilling a speaker as he may be, he is young, horribly inexperienced, naive as all heck, and a liberal/ Democrat/ socialist.  His wonderful new ideas will turn out, after the election, to be the same old failed socialist nostrums as were thoroughly discredited in the 60's and 70's and the entire history of the Soviet Union, because the Democrats have yet to learn **anything** from their failures since Jimmy Carter was president.

  7. he inexpirenced and has little or no background in foriegin policy. After all, he believes he can talk to iran and make them stop thier 20yr nuclear program. He thinks he can meet with the haters of the US who are religiously motavated to kill us... He's real smart trust me

  8. A better question:

Why was McCain AGIAINST a 16 month withdrawal before he was FOR it?

Here's a list of his flip flops. I hope he got a pedicure!

    * McCain criticized TV preacher Jerry Falwell as “an agent of intolerance” in 2002, but has since decided to cozy up to the man who said Americans “deserved” the 9/11 attacks. (Indeed, McCain has now hired Falwell’s debate coach.)

    * McCain used to oppose Bush’s tax cuts for the very wealthy, but he reversed course in February.

    * In 2000, McCain accused Texas businessmen Sam and Charles Wyly of being corrupt, spending “dirty money” to help finance Bush’s presidential campaign. McCain not only filed a complaint against the Wylys for allegedly violating campaign finance law, he also lashed out at them publicly. In April, McCain reached out to the Wylys for support.

    * McCain supported a major campaign-finance reform measure that bore his name. In June, he abandoned his own legislation.

    * McCain used to think that Grover Norquist was a crook and a corrupt shill for dictators. Then McCain got serious about running for president and began to reconcile with Norquist.

    * McCain took a firm line in opposition to torture, and then caved to White House demands.

    * McCain gave up on his signature policy issue, campaign-finance reform, and won’t back the same provision he sponsored just a couple of years ago.

    * McCain was against presidential candidates campaigning at Bob Jones University before he was for it.

    * McCain was anti-ethanol. Now he’s pro-ethanol.

    * McCain was both for and against state promotion of the Confederate flag.

    * And now he’s both for and against overturning Roe v. Wade.

  9. He suffers from premature evacuation syndrome.
