Why did Obama consider baby as a punishment of young women?

A baby is a very beautiful human being. It is unnatural to reject one of your own blood and fresh. It is definitely not a punishment. God may have given you a chance to welcome the beautiful child to your life and you rejects the opportunity?

2 a: suffering, pain, or loss that serves as retribution

Any unintended negative consequence of bad behavior is punishment, and  an unwanted teenage pregnancy is a form of punishment for reckless behavior.
