Why did Obama pick the unemployment rate in Iraq to talk about?

when answering a question on the successfulness of the surge ?

Doesn’t the messiah care about saving lives, or achieving victory in Iraq ...?

Messiah wants the presidency badly and will say what people want to hear.  Do we have an high unemployment

rate and he's over there in a war torn country talking about Iraq's unemployment.  

I believe the surge was successful in that there is more order than before. The president of Iraq is corrupt and needs to be appreciative to Americans who are trying to set Iraq free and who have lost their lives in doing so.   Messiah, also talks like he's won the presidency.  He is charming, eloquent of speech, and a motivator and has captured an naive audience.  Truly a phenomena!
