Why did Old Country Buffet close?

Does anyone know why Old Country Buffet that was in south town plaza located in Rochester, New York closed? Any information is greatly appreciated.

i live in tennessee and ours closed too. i dont know whats going on but it sucks! it got replaced with a home town bufet or something. id like to know also... i think the entire chain is closing....

I agree. I think the entire chain is closing. The one here in Springfield, MO, closed three years ago and was replaced with a tanning salon!

That was a good one to but their is one in pa and it is so much better
