Why did Sonny Bill just leave?

I just heard that SBW just walked out of his bulldogs contract and on a plane right now to France to play union.. does anybody know what the h**l for? lol I didnt see that one coming..

As per radio 2GB in Sydney, SBW has left the building.  He was reported flying out to Europe this afternoon with his manager's brother. It appears the 'Dogs did not know about this.

i just seen it on wwos sport as breaking news. its been coming for a while but i thought he might have stuck out the season. he will have 4 years 2 think about wot he did if it goes 2 court and the dogs win the case. he wont be playing anywhere.

He is disgusting - he has let his teammates down & his club just for an easy dollar. Maybe we are better off without him. He has been on a  drink driving charge, s*x in toilet with another player's girlfriend , he has now  let down  10 year old kids who won Sonny Bill on Footy Show to coach them for a week - that was supposed to happen next week.
