Why did Taco Bueno change the cheese in their tacos to a thicker less tasty cheese?

people will pay more for the old quality ingedients than cheaper ingredients and less portion size.

time for you to change to a different taco place.

Everyone is cutting somewhere to stay profitable. The cheese is expensive so its going to be the first to go.  Then the amount of meat. Then the quality of the tortilla.  The only way to get a good taco anymore is to make it yourself at home.

the new cheese is probably cheaper...they gotta make a profit, even tho now the price of gas is going down, the price of food always goes up...especially ANYTHING made with milk (like cheese)
