I would've been fired too becaus eI'd be damned if I said a play by play written by Vince. According to Jim Ross, McMahon likes to have complete control over everything the announcers do like promoting a PPV, putting over a wrestler, or just to stop talking about something.  He apparently goes off the deep end alot to the point of verbally abusing them for minor mistakes.  Foley thought that he would be able to go freestyle and apparently was not use to someone criticing him every second.  He eventually got tired of it and decided to stop announcing.  He left the WWE more to pursue other outlets and wrestle than because of the announcing problems.

vince reportedly does this with all of his tv announcers.  foley 1)  didn't need the job, and 2)  didn't care for the job, so he walked (right on over to tna).

I dunno why he shout at foley but thats not the only reason.Mick was giving ideas to vince but vince declined his ideas and when foley wanted to wrestle vince didn't want and missed two wrestlemania and backstage segments is not included.When he was going to wrestle vince put him to stupid match like teaming with hornswoggle or facing coach but was happy in the rumble.When he left wwe he said its for the best amybe he wants wwe to have some competition and recent weeks wwe is trying hard to make good shows.He will be in tna like sting in a lighter schedule and will help young stars to become main eventer like how he helped orton and edge and probably fued with abyss since he has no storyline
