Why did Vuze delete my old Azureus downloaded files? My default download folders looks empty.?

The folder where I used to download and store all my files from Azureus seems empty. But I know something is in there.

This happened when I installed Vuze I assume.

In any case, when I download new files from Vuze, it supposedly saves in my default Azureus folder. But I cannot see it!

I can play the file through Vuze interface. It even shows it playing from my folder. But when I try to open my folder outside of Vuze, it shows up suspiciously empty.

I say "suspiciously" because when I open it, it takes a while to load the "empty" folder, when the mouse showing as busy and all.

Please I would appreciate your input. I would like to recover my lost files.

if you can play the file then you should be able to do this: right click on it and tell it to open containing folder. This will be your download folder. You can go up from there and find out where its at..
