Why did Waters leave Floyd?

and he wanted only one reunion on the song "Money" Live Aid 2006? was he disappointed by Gilmour´s current band´s command?

would he be back again?

Roger Waters and Gilmour did not see eye to eye on the direction of the band, differences of opinion.!!!

The reason given by both people at the time was creative differences..

They should have resolved this by now but two stubborn people make it hard ..

i think the reason was because walters wanted to take the band in a different direction to david gilmour.though i think the breakup had been on the cards for a while due to musical differences with a couple of albums before they split gilmour&walters didn't play on some.
