Why did all torrents suddenly stop down loading?

Question

I use utorrent and download torrents every now and then. Anyways, I had 4 or something downloading and closed my laptop (closed, didn't turn it off) and when I opened it all torrents were at 0 seeds even though some showed seeds available. I couldn't get them to restart be any means so I deleted them and got new 1's. Now nothing with take up seeds even when it shows they are there...ie: 0(54) seeds utorrent will say.

Any ideas?

Your ISP has most likely caught on to what you're doing, so they have blocked your use of torrents and probably reported you.
