Why did an inappropriate post which I removed from the board yesterday a.m. show up in today's daily digest?

A member posted a complaint about other members not following the rules. I deleted this post at approx. 7:30 a.m. yesterday because it was inappropriate and did not comply with Freecycle rules. I just received a new Daily Digest in my mailbox with today's date on it and this message is included, even though it hasn't shown in the messages on the board for over 24 hours.

How can I prevent this from recurring?
