Why did asians evolve to have smaller eyes?

  1. It definitely has to do with climate, but I can't elaborate....sorry.


  2. It's probably due to geography.  For example, people in warmer regions tend to have darker hair and skin as opposed to those in cooler regions.  

    However, humans like to explore and migrate and that is how you find different races in unexpected regions.  

    For example, if you are a bear and you live in the Artic regions, you are going to have light fur that blends in with the snow.  In another region that is mostly woodsy, you as a bear will be brown to blend in with the flora and fauna.  

    Different traits in all life depend on the region in which they reside.

  3. A friend told me they were aboriginals, and when the worlds continents seperated, the Asians were taken to a much different climate which lightened their skin, stretched their nose back so it was small, and also stretched their eyes back, with something to do with the cold.

  4. Possibly to protect Their eyes from the cold climate in northern Asia? I feel like that's something I heard somewhere back in like 6th grade. But it might be 100% wrong.
