he wanted to be traded. in fact, i dont think his heart was fully with the packers the last couple of years.he played chicken a little too long last week, now he has what he wants(?). too bad he didnt realise sooner that his reputation as a legend now has some significant tarnish, caused by sour grapes.

he should have went out like seinfeld.

Because he's a whiny little crybaby whose ego is too big to put the needs of his team ahead of his own wants. He deserves the Jets.

Because the team forced him to retire by pressuring him to make an early decision about his future. Turned out, under all the pressure from management, he made a decision he didn't agree with. Brett has an intense love for the game, he didn't come back for money.

When he got reinstated, he was allowed to compete for his starting job. But he couldn't let go of  the previous altercations and was subsequently traded.

He was either going to go to Minnesota and play against GB twice a year, go to Tampa and play against GB once a year(Battle of the Bays), or go to the Jets and still get to wear green.

It worked out in my opinion.

The relationship was severed as soon as he retired.

cuz he keept on playin around wit the packers he said he retired then he wanted 2 play again and the packers told him he would b back up qb, but he didnt want 2 b back up so he told he wanted 2 b traded. and then the deal wit the jetts happened. thats all
