It's a neck injury that John Cena sustained in a house show match apparently a few weeks ago.So he's been forced to take time out from WWE and will now miss the Unforgiven ppv as he tries to recover.His replacement for the Scramble will now be Rey Misterio.As you say, let's hope he heals real soon and comes back.
