Why did fire appear on my screen?

Question

I was on a question (just looking) and out of nowhere an animation of fire just popped up on my screen like for 3 seconds on the top left side and then it went away...I just stared at it and said, "wtf..."

(I'm not sure if it made noise 'cause I had the volume on low and this is the first time I've seen this)

Has anybody else seen this?

Should I be scared? O_O

it could have just been a pop up or you may a virus i havnt seen this happen myself sorry i couldnt be much help to you

pop ups from no were , unwanted programs opened , keyboard keys send without touching ur keyboard , date/time  hidden  , cd drive open without request  , your internet  connection behave unexpectedly,   all are signs  of spyware  .  i strongly recommend you to scan your pc .

might be a torzen horse virus or some thing else.. or a pop up or even might be a screen saver..

nothing to worry about..

It was probably a virus or some other "Malware" try running a virus scan, or if you do not have anti virus install AVG http://free.avg.com/ww.download?prd=afe and give it a scan.
