  1. Hadith is not in competition with Quran.

  2. What do u mean? What is hadithism, and what's Quranism?

  3. fool what u r talking quranism.......................

    what do u mean?

    ur muslim?

u know what is Qura'an? and what is hadhteet(Hadees)?

  4. Are you a Muslim....?

  5. well, hadiths follows Qur'an, so how come they have competitions!! hadiths are the Details of Qur'an Kareem!

  6. Please stop creating names names names for things, it drives me insane.

Hadith and Quran cannot oppose one another becuase they go hand in hand.

Quran is the ultimate law and hadith give us the ability to understand the Quran.

There were many a SCHOLAR who have devoted their lives to making sure that the relationship between Quran and Hadith is strong, are you a scholar?

  7. bcoz Quranism don't read the QURAN as they claim , and Hadeeth suits with QURAN , very simple

  8. because Majority is going to jahannum,

[6:111] Even if we sent down the angels to them; even if the dead spoke to them; even if we summoned every miracle before them; they cannot believe unless GOD wills it. Indeed, most of them are ignorant.

Hadith & Sunna: Fabrications by the Prophet's Enemies

[6:112] We have permitted the enemies of every prophet - human and jinn devils - to inspire in each other fancy words, in order to deceive. Had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. You shall disregard them and their fabrications.

[6:113] This is to let the minds of those who do not believe in the Hereafter listen to such fabrications, and accept them, and thus expose their real convictions.

[6:116] If you obey the majority of people on earth, they will divert you from the path of GOD. They follow only conjecture; they only guess.

who says we dont follow Hadith ?

we do follow Hadith, with out following Hadith we CAN NOT achieve salvation.Allah Allmighty has Commanded us to follow Hadith It is Written In Glorious Quran in several verses, directly and in many more verses indirectly.. we ARE NOT Hadith rejectors, and will never EVER BE..

    But We Follow BEST HADITH

"ALLAH HAS REVEALED THE BEST' HADITH'; a book that is consistent, and describes both ways (to heaven and h**l). The skins of those who reverence their Lord shudder therefrom, then their skins and hearts soften up and receive God's message. Such is God's guidance; He guides whomever He wills. As for those sent astray by Him, no one can guide them." (39:23)

A review of the use of the word Hadith in the Quran can show any sincere believer that God wants us to follow no other Hadiths but His Hadith, the QURAN.

Here is some of what the Quran says about Hadiths. The words are clear but those who insist on defying God cannot see it or feel it.

"Have they not looked at the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all the things God has created? Does it ever occur to them that the end of their life may be near? Which HADITH, besides this (Quran) do they believe in?" 7:185

"Among the people, there are those who uphold baseless HADITH, and thus divert others from the path of God without knowledge, and take it in vain. These have incurred a shameful retribution." 31:6

"God has revealed herein the BEST HADITH; a book that is consistent and points out both ways (to heaven and h**l). The skins of those who reverence their Lord cringe therefrom, then their skins and their hearts soften up for God's message. Such is God's guidance; he bestows it upon whomever He wills. As for those sent astray by God, nothing can guide them." 39:23

"These are God's revelations (Quran) that we recite to you truthfully. In which HADITH other than God and His revelations do they believe?" 45:6

"Let them produce a HADITH like this (Quran) if they are truthful." 52:34

"Therefore, let Me deal with those who reject this HADITH(Quran); we will lead them on whence they never perceive." 68:44

"Which HADITH other than this do they uphold?" 77:50

you and your concensus nothing but a gutter of filth and falsehood

  9. ???

    quran is the law.

hadith is the prophet's saw example of how to follow the law.

how are they exclusive from one another?

  10. Because the Quran does not tell you the details, hadith does. This is a simplified version of my answer. example, prayer, or even the shahada, is not in the Quran. Does the Quran tell you how many Rukat or how to pray, it tells you the time and to pray, but not how. That is why Hadith is Important.

  11. The unanimous agreement of the people of Islaam is that those who reject the Sunnah are Kuffaar, outside the fold of Islaam.

From the book: "إلى فهم السلفية" (Towards understanding Salafiyyah)

A group of heretical minded people arose in recent times in order to cut the people away from the way of the Prophet This group is known as the “Quraaniyoon” or “Quraanites” and they claim to follow the Qur’aan and they abandon the Sunnah with the claim that it was a “heretical addition” to Islaam. However they are nothing but a group of people who follow their desires as Allaah orders the Muslims to follow the Sunnah but these people cover those verses up with doubts and their interpretations.

One can refer to the many books written on the topic, the most comprehensive being the book of Shaykh Muhammad Naasir-ud-deen al-Albaanee (رحمه الله) which has been translated to: “The authority of the Sunnah”.

The proof that the Sunnah is from the legislation is the statement of Allaah:

    مَّنْ يُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللّهَ وَمَن تَوَلَّى فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا

((He who obeys the Messenger, obeys Allaah; but if any turn away, We have not sent thee to watch over their (evil deeds).)) (Surah an-Nisaa: 80)

Ibn Katheer said in the Tafseer of this Ayah:

يخبر تعالى عن عبده ورسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بأن من أطاعه فقد أطاع الله ومن عصاه فقد عصى الله وما ذاك إلا لأنه ما ينطق عن الهوى إن هو إلا وحي يوحى

((Allaah states that whoever obeys His servant and Messenger, Muhammad , obeys Allaah; and whoever disobeys him, disobeys Allaah. Verily, whatever the Messenger utters is not of his own desire, but a revelation inspired to him.))

    And from the Sunnah:

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said that there will be a group of people, who will say,

((What is found in the Book of Allaah as Haraam we pronounce it Haraam, Surely I am given the Quraan and something like it.)) (Imaam al-Albaanee recorded this from at-Tirmidhee in "Manzilat asSunnah fil Islaam", 17)

Amongst many ahaadeeth that prove this, this hadeeth clearly states that the Qur'aan and Sunnah are equal in their legislation. So the one who denies this and says: "The Qur'aan comes before the Sunnah" is one who has erred in his statement and placed a lie upon the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and has rejected this Hadeeth.

    Allaah says:

((And whatever the Messenger gives you, then take it and whatever he forbids you from then Abstain (from it)) (Surah al-Hashr: 7)

O Noble Reader, May Allaah have protect you, we must be careful in our statements concerning the Sunnah of our beloved Messenger Allaah out of His Mercy has sent to mankind Messengers and revealed to them books so that mankind may be guided to that which He (Allaah) loves and is pleased with. It is in mankind's, and in particular the Muslims, best interest to concern themselves with that which Allaah has revealed, following its guidance and adorning their lives with its teachings. The Qur'aan and Sunnah have been revealed to us from our Lord, the Most High, as the Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) has informed us in his statement,

((Surely I am given the Quraan and something like it.)) (Collected by at-Tirmidhee)

O Noble Reader, may Allaah bless us and you to be from those who follow that which has been revealed and implement His, The Most High's, command in His statement:

    اتَّبِعُوا مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

(((Say to them O Muhammad) Follow what has been sent down unto

you from your Lord (the Qur'aan and the Sunnah), and follow not any Awliyaa (protectors and helpers, etc. who order you to associate partners in worship with Allaah), besides Him (Allaah). Little do you remember!)) (Surah Al-A'raaf: 3)

So now that we've established that the Qur'aan and Sunnah are the legislations in Islaam, let's look at our methodology concerning them:

    Allaah says:

(((Say to them O Muhammad) Follow what has been sent down unto

you from your Lord (the Qur'aan and the Sunnah), and follow not any Awliyaa (protectors and helpers, etc. who order you to associate partners in worship with Allaah), besides Him (Allaah). Little do you remember!)) (Surah Al-A'raaf: 3)

    And Allaah says:

((When they are summoned to Allaah and His Messenger, in order that He may judge between them, behold, some of them decline (to come).)) (Surah an-Noor: 48)

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said,

((There will be a man to whom my hadeeth will reach him, while he is sitting comfortably, and he will say between me and you is the book of Allaah, whatever we find in it that is halaal we will make it halaal, and whatever we find in it haraam we will make it haraam. Then the Prophet says: whatever the messenger of Allaah has made haraam is as if Allaah has made it haraam.)) (Sunan at-Tirmidhee 5/38)

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) also said,

((All of my Ummah will enter heaven except those who refuse (or reject), so they asked him: oh messenger of Allaah, who is the one who refuses? The Prophet said: whoever obeys me will enter heaven and whoever obeys me he has refused.)) (Saheeh al-Bukhaaree, 7280)

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) also said,

((Do not ask me about what I didn't mention, because what has caused the destruction of the previous nations was their questioning and disagreement with their Prophets. If I forbid you from doing something, avoid it, and if I order you to do something do as much of it as you possibly can.)) (Saheeh al-Bukhaaree, 7288)

    Allaah says:

((And whatever the Messenger gives you, then take it and whatever he forbids you from then Abstain (from it)) (Surah al-Hashr: 7)

Thus dear reader, as illustrated in these aforementioned verses and ahaadeeth, it is obligatory upon us to follow that which Allaah has revealed to us from the Qur’aan and Sunnah. This is a reality that no Muslim can deny. Allaah sent his Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) to us in order that he may explain to us that whichwas revealed to him. Allaah says,

((And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad) the reminder

and the advice (the Qur'aan), that you may explain clearly to men what is

sent down to them.)) (Soorah An Nahl: 44)

    And:

((He it is Who sent among the unlettered ones a Messenger (Muhammad) from among themselves, reciting to them His Verses, purifying them (from the filth of disbelief and polytheism), and teaching them the Book (this Qur'aan, Islaamic laws and Islaamic jurisprudence) and Al Hikmah (As-Sunnah: legal ways, orders, acts of worship, etc. of Prophet Muhammad). And verily, they had been before in manifest error.)) (Surah al- Jumu’ah: 2)

Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmee (may Allah preserve him) said in his explanation of

    Sharhus Sunnah,

((Thus the Book is the Qur’aan, and the Wisdom (Al Hikmah) is the Sunnah of the Messenger

  12. a good muslim takes the koran and hadith as 100% true

  13. When seeking the truth, one should keep in mind that "Majority" is no criteria.

God does NOT wish to save ALL humanity or Jinns. 6:35, 16:93

Because: All of us were rebellious, but few of us were NOT evil. They were confused by the mob. And only God knew that those few did not deserve the punishment of h**l. Therefore God said to the angels, while devising the test.

.....I know what you do not know".

Then to test us and FILTER out THOSE very very few of us from the evil (to show all , angels and including us and the Jinns), he created: Death and life. Ref.: 67:2

    ----------------

In the matters of truth and justice, one should keep in mind that the Majority is NEVER the criteria. God has ALREADY informed us that the Majority is Destined for h**l.

    Ref.:  7:48, 12:103, 12:106, 6:116

Therefore the people who would be successful would be a MINORITY of the Minorities. They will be a VERY rare comodity. And would be the extremely fortunate ones.

  14. The question seems to suggest there were only two options in the early period for understanding the Quran i.e. with and without the Hadith. Actually, there is evidence for the existence of other options too. For example, the Shia developed a system of using the prophet's family to understand the Quran. The Shia form about 30% of the Muslim population in the Middle East. Also, there is  evidence that during the early period Muslims were trying to understand the Quran in the context of the bible.  The Quran makes plenty of references to Jews and Christians to accept Muhammad because of what is written in their scripture.  This would explain how a few thousand poorly equipped bedouin convinced the millions of Jews and Christians in the Byzantine Empire to accept Islam and defeat the hundreds of thousands of well equipped Romans.
