  1. Youre not eating enough to keep a sparrow going!!!

  2. Stop starving yourself to be thin. You won't get dizzy anymore.

  3. Diet? Are you getting enough iron? That can make you light headed. See the Doc if it persists. Maybe you need some iron tabs. Lay off the exercise for a while your probably pushing yourself too much.

  4. Our crazy diet world is on a "no carb" fad which in my opinion seems really dangerous. Fish and carrots are great.  A little rice or bread along side it would have given you the stamina you needed to properly exercise.

Honestly, no carb diets are for people who's main exercise is channel surfing. If you are physically active, you need to eat carbs.  They produce our most quickly usable source of energy for our bodies. That is why they are also the most easily stored energy as well. Our bodies convert unused carbs to fat. However, an hour of dancing is going to more than burn up a slice of bread or 1/2 cup of pasta/ rice.

To maintain high energy levels while working out, we need to have a sufficient amount of carbs--the more you exercise, the more carbs you will need. Keep up with the veggies and fruits and small amounts of meats though. The thinnest cultures (think sushi) in the world eat mainly carbs, veggies and fruits with meat just used as a tiny "flavouring" or side treat.
