  1. Democracy at it's best! j/k Really I don't know. It could have to do with the care taken with legislation of free economy.  Great Care must be taken to not limit the rights of people on ANY level.


  2. Perhaps for once Congress recognized just how unintelligible their laws are, and put a realistic time on how long those affected would have to figure out what it said.

  3. The real question is, how long will it take to repeal them
