Why did my Toolbar disappear?

Question

Before today, my Internet Explorer toolbar on top was "fixed" in place, but since this morning, it only appears when I place my cursor on the top part of the screen, and then disappears when I move the cursor away from the top. Also, the bar on the bottom of my screen (inclucing the "start" button) has completely disappeared, and I can't get it to "re-appear". How do I bring these bars back to normal function?

It's on fullscreen mode.  Right click on the toolbar and click "Exit Fullscreen Mode".

right click on it and select properties, untick auto hide
