Why did my Windows log in screen change?

I have Windows XP, and recently the log in changed from it's usual appearance. I can't even choose which user to log in to unless I type it, so I don't know which ones there are. Here's one example : http://img440.imageshack.us/my.php?image=loginthingub6.png

What do I do to change it back?

It's the old win2k/NT Classic login screen. Go to control panel > user accounts > "change the way users log on or off" > check the first box "Use the Welcome Screen", here you'll get a regular login screen.
