I'm pissed off at my ancestors for settling in buffalo. winter ruins my life everyday. even in the summer i am sad because i am dreading winter. i mean its cold all the time you can't ride your bike so i can't go anywhere. my socks always get wet walking to school cause theres always snow somewhere on the sidewalk. it takes way longer to get dressed to go outside. my hands always get really dry and sometimes get cracked and start bleeding. you have to pay a ton of money to heat your house. i freeze my @$$ off when i take my dogs outside waiting for them to go. my nose is always runny. homeless people have it even worse because of winter. i cant go outside and sleep in a tent when my mom is mad at me. i was planning on getting a street legal minibike but you can't drive them in the winter so i have to get a regular gas guzzling car. my bedroom is always cold as h**l in the winter no matter what so i pretty much have to sleep on the couch the whole season. my school is always cold as h**l. and the worst thing is i can't grow weed even in the summer cause theres not enough time to grow it. can anyone relate to the things I'm saying?

  1. 1st off think about what your ancestors felt like, no houses, no heater, nothing. So lets be happy about that. put down the pipe get off your but get a job and go to school, and get an awesome education, a job, then move to florida where you can sleep with the window open 365 days a year, and drive any kind of bike you want! better yet if you are not done with high school yet start applying to FSU,  TA&M, any school where it is hot and NO snow! It could be worse you could be living in the south pole eating raw fish and using a polar bear as a heater! :+)

  2. put on a few pounds in weight for the winter, and wear more clothes!

the wet socks thing is a bummer, but why are you not wearing boots and changing into shoes when you get to school? the cracked hands thing similarly; wear gloves and use moisturiser. as for the pot, its not a good idea to mess with your brain chemistry while your teenage brain is still under construction. try to give it up til you have graduated!

speaking from experience on the cold stuff, i used to bike myself in all weathers.

  3. No, I prefer the cold. You can always add more and more layers. You can only remove so many layers before you get arrested for public indecency.

If you hate the cold that much, run-away to Florida.

  4. where it was warm there was death and mayhem from disease and pests.  Wheat grows better up north.  There were more Buffalo's too!

  5. I live close to Buffalo so I know what you mean. I love winter though. It really helps if you have a hobby or winter sport like hockey, skiing, snowboarding, even sledding.

  6. When you have your own career, you can move to a nicer climate.

  7. When my ancestors settled in New England they wore many clothes made of wool. Most clothing was wool at that time. If they had settled in the south they would have died from the heat. Those who did settle in the south could not work in the climate and had to bring in forced labor to tend the fields. Today we have air conditioning and central heat so we can live about any where we choose.

  8.     Quite complaning, it could be worse. I was born and live in texas. In the summer it's 100+ and 90% humidity. When you finish high school talk your parents into sending you to a college in california. you will love the climate.
