Why did my cat's skin turn green?

In the summer my cats hair gets matted and i have to shave her. When I shaved her this year her skin was green.

I also "kitten-cut" my long-haired cat in the summer because of matting.  Sometimes brushing is just not working.  As for the green skin, I would call the vet and ask him.  I have never, in 20 years of vet teching, seen a cat with green skin except when a can of paint dropped on it.  Please call and ask your vet's advice asap.

i reckon you shud chuck your cat away, thats disgusting.

Perhaps her skin was moldy since you refuse to maintain her fur with regular brushing. Try getting a short haired cat in the future.
