And no its not low on freon, the coils are clean and and the freezer part still works. And the dial is not broken or turned too low. Also the light still comes on and the fan at the back still works. Nothing down there is overheating either. I am totally stumped. Also who do I call? Should I call an electrician or the heating and plumbing people if I can't get it fixed?

  1. Empty it,unplug it,leave the door open for a day.Plug it back in and I bet it will be fine.If not you will have to call an appliance repair shop. Not an a/c shop.

  2. heres the deal, most fridges stay cold from very cold air from your freezer, there are vents from inside from your freezer to your fridge side, if your freezer is still freezing, it should be at about 2 degrees inside your freezer then your fridge should be cold, its only  one unit,, the vents going from the freezer side to the fridge side are blocked or closed off somehow, find these vents and unblock them, mine are at the bottom under my meat holder in my fridge side, some are at top in back

  3. Try cleaning out the dust balls under the fridge. The best person to get is an appliance repairman (or woman) if you can't fix it yourself.
