Why did my girlfriend order the most expensive thing on the menu, when we are not even having 'it' anymore?

i mean, i tried to kinda distance myself, but then she ordered like a 40oz steak, and she's like little as h**l, and couldn't even finish it. maybe this could be answered by girls more accurately?

Well, speaking as a woman, we don't normally do things like that for no reason. You know how we are...obsessed with the relationship and how things are going with it. It sounds suspiciously like revenge behavior, or attention-getting (you haven't been paying attention to her, so maybe she's thinking the way to your attention is through your wallet).  You know what the best thing to do is, of course....ASK HER. If you want to break it off, just tell her. Step up and be a man--don't act all distant till she gets tired of you.

She was pissed with you and wanted to make you spend as much money as possible. Shoulda took the leftovers home and had it yourself and you wouldn't have felt so bad. That's what happens to us girls when the horns come out. : )
