Why did nadal withdrew from Stuttgart? Is it because of his knee injury? How bad is it?

  1. It is because of his knees. It is just precaution, his knees needed a rest after the five set final he played in Wimbledon. His doctor advised him too.. he will not play again until he is 100% but he will be fine really soon. As I said beofre, it is mainly precaution so it doesn't hurt him in the long run.

  3. He withdrew in part with his knee, though not serious, and to rest some, though well earned. He actually flew there to withdraw in person. Now how many people would do THAT? He and Fed are by far the classiest guys on tour.

  4. yes nadal withdrew because of knee injury. his doctor say he needs to take a few days off. so i don't think his knee is injured really bad. a week is enough and he can participate in rogers cup. hope he wins another title this year :)

  5. Not sure about the nature of his injury and how serious it is. All Nadal said was that he does not intend returning to the court until he is 100% fit.

    I think the earliest we will see him is 2 weeks later at the Rogers Cup.
