Why did people who travel on low cost carriers whinge about low standards of service?

If they only want to pay £10 to fly from Manchester to Marseilles (for example) instead of travelling on a proper airline, how are they then justified to complain about small seats, poor service and no food etc? If they want all the good stuff, travel on a proper airline!

  1. Totally agree. You get what you pay for. Always remember, if it sounds to good to be true - it usually is.

  2. I agree 100%!

  3. Because they are idiots who have no idea about travel...

  4. these are the kind of people who never used to travel at all, let alone on aircraft, now they have delusions about what they should expect for the small sums they hand over

  5. Cabin crew are trained to very high standard on all airlines.I feel sorry for them when people like that board their flights they have to suffer the complaintes all day.

Do theses people complain on the bus or the train?

It has become fashionable to complain on flights or to complain about package holidays because these idiots expect to get their money back.Even if they have only paid £10

Sit down shut up and get on with it

  6. While on the one hand I agree with your point and I am also well aware that you get what you pay for.

It has to be said that "low cost" airlines don't exactly advertise the fact that indifferent service and quality might be included in the price, they actually imply quite the opposite, that their service is as good as the alternatives, just cheaper.

  7. Because they think they 'deserve' better service. It's the malignant attitude of 'entitlement' and wanting things for free that has seeped into society.

These are the same morons who demand upgrades.
