Why did she vomit-She has only done it once?

Question

I haven't given her any thing except for this morning. Its brown but not dog food.

She has only done it once! What do I do?

Its not serious enough for the vet since she has only done it once today.

One-time vomiting doesn't say anything yet.You should watch your dog first.If vomiting lasts longer than 24 hours--take it to the vet,cause it can be a symptom of a disease or poisoning.If it doesn't happen again,no diarrhea or anything strange--well,things happen,nothing serious then.

She might have had somthing that upset her stomach. Dogs can get sick just like how we do and throw up. I would say get her to a vet if she does it still in 2 or 3 days from today. Not to be gross but look a her p**p to see if anything strange is in it

Dogs just do that sometimes. It's probably nothing. My dog does it sometimes, and goes right back to being normal, like it never happened.
