  1. i dont understand, you said 60gb ps3, then psp?

Anyway they stop Backwards Compatibility cause it cost to much to prouduce?

Well there are some changes between old and new psp but they are basically the same, its harder to hack the slim tho

  2. As many users of the PS3 already had a PS2( well if you ahd the gmaes, what did you paly it on b4 yoru ps3?), and the high price form including the PS2 hardware inside the PS3 made the price to high for consumers, Sony removed the PS2 compatiblity to make it more affordable.

I ersaonlly don't mind lack of PS2 BC, i only had a fww PS2 gmaes anyway.

  3. PS3: the reason was because they wanted to make it affordable for people so they would stop complaining about the price. Also because they wanted the ps2 sales to go higher.

PSP: The reason why they made the slim one was because its harder now to hack it. And no psp phat has its disadvantages.
