1 English is not the most widely spoken language in the world it's not even the second most – check your facts before making stupid statements.

2 Realise in not spelt realize in 'English' English.

    3 Referees is not Referrees

4 England is a proper noun therefore has a capital letter - moron.

Rugby may have been started in England but it has not been developed there - England still plays Neanderthal rugby.

World Champions but not the number one team in the world. Check rugby statistics to get this information because you obviously don't know much about the game.

English unions pay big money to get player from the more developed rugby nations to help develop the game there.

In answer to the original question another question.

Could it be the predominately northern hemisphere nations dominate the IRB and thus can be bullied by the Poms?

  2. huh!? English as you surely realize is for the most part spoken around the world. As for referrees england is known as havingone of the premier leagues in the world thats why so many internationals come to play there. On a lighter note we are the reigning world champs and we also invented the game nuff said

  3. Cecil Rhodes' wrote that: 'To be born English was to have drawn first prize in the lottery of life,' and G.K. Chersterton wrote: “Smile at us, pay us, pass us. But do not quite forget. For we are the people of England, that never have spoken yet.”
